Bastion needed a bold banner to announce their arrival in the market. We created a name and identity that communicated a high level of capability, sophistication and trust.

Bastion Property Group was built on the belief that someone’s home is the cornerstone to their quality of life. It should be a dependable constant that nurtures and inspires.

The ‘cornerstone’ motif created for Bastion represents this foundational belief in a simple yet grounded, architectural graphic.
Vowing to undertake 10 transformative projects in 10 years, Bastion is steadfast in creating iconic building and beautiful living spaces in some of the Gold Coast’s most sought-after locations.

4040 was tasked with creating a brand identity and an accompanying suite of applications, reflective of such and ambitious undertaking.
Specialising in high-end residential developments, the brand needed to speak to a discerning market. Like Bastion’s projects themselves, the brand needed to communicate a high level of capability, sophistication and trust.
