Jon and Oliver (the directors of Chapter Two) had been in the property development industry long enough to notice a concerning pattern; a churn and burn mentality. This deeply concerned the boys, as they believed in creating properties that would stay special forever.
In our workshops, we uncovered that purchasing a property always marked a significant milestone or ‘chapter’ in someone's life. So, we created a brand and name that focused on their clientele's life story. For some, a new property marked the start of a family, for some it was the start of their retirement. Whatever the reason was, Chapter Two believes there is always more to be gained and more to be written in the ‘life story’ of their clients.
